96 well Plant Genomic DNA Purification Kit
96 well Plant Genomic DNA Purification Kit is designed for automated high-throughput and fast isolation of genomic DNA from various kinds of plants and fungi samples, especially for polysaccharide-rich plants and for plant tissues rich in secondary metabolites. The procedure processes using both vacuum-driven transfer and centrifugation, and yields 1.5 to 3 μg genomic DNA from 25 mg of tissue for each well.
Easy to operate: Centrifugation or Vacuum format.
High yield: Obtain 1.5~3 μg of genomic DNA from 25 mg of tissue per well.
High Purity: OD (260/280) > 1.8 per well.
Fast: High throughput procedure, 96 wells at once.
