Plasmid Miniprep Plus Purification Kit

The Plasmid Miniprep Plus Purification Kit is based on a very simple and rapid procedure of plasmid DNA from 1-10 ml liquid culture by spin column format. High quality DNA without RNA and endotoxincontamination can be purified by simple wash and spin steps. The kit includes unique EndotoxinRemoval Wash Solution to remove endotoxinfor transfectionpurpose. The yield of DNA up to 60 μg is quantitative and reproducible, and the DNA is sufficient pure for direct use in most application, e.g. PCR, restriction digestion, cloning, automated DNA sequencing, Southern blot, in vitrotranscription assay and transfection, etc.
