Plasmid Midiprep Purification Kit

Plasmid Midiprep Purification Kit contains a unique Midi-spin column and a high-efficiency lysis buffer system that can yield up to 300 μg of high purity plasmid DNA from 20 to 100 ml bacterial cultures. The buffer system removes both endotoxin and endonuclease, therefore, high-purity plasmid DNA purified using this kit is suitable for performing transformation or transfection experiments.
