The SQ DNA/RNA/Protein isolation uses a novel technology to isolate RNA, DNA and Proteins from animal tissue, cultured cells, bacterial and yeast. The procedure completely avoids the hazardous chemicals such as phenol, chloroform or chaotropic salts. The streamlined protocol significantly reduced the total process time for isolating DNA, RNA and proteins in less than 60 minutes. The SQ DNA/RNA/Protein isolation kit also offers great flexibility on the amount of starting material, the protocol can be easily scale up or down. Purified protein can be directly used for SDS-PAGE or Western Blot. Purified DNA, RNA and Proteins can be directly used for most downstream applications include RT-PCR, Northern Blot, and PCR.
产品描述：If using the SQ DNA/RNA/Protein for the first time, please read this booklet to become familiar with the procedure and its various modifications. Samples are first lysed in a specially formulated buffer. The protein is precipitated by adding Buffer PPB. After removal of the protein, the supernatant is mixed with 1 volume of isopropanol to precipitate the RNA. After the centrifugation to pellet the RNA, the supernatant is transfer to a new tube and mixed with Buffer PPC to precipitate DNA. RNA and DNA pellet are washed with 70% ethanol and dissolved with water or low ionic strength buffer. Purified DNA, RNA and protein can be directly used in downstream applications without the need for further purification.
